NFK Vietnam operates on an In-House Integrated System from raw material procurement to design, prototyping, and manufacturing. Since we do not outsource any process, we are superior to other companies in terms of quality control, cost, and delivery time.

Other companies often start securing raw materials after receiving orders from customers. In that case, raw material price may change, or delivery time may be delayed due to shortage of raw materials. Bellow Forming Machine

Roll-type bellows forming machine
Bellows are thin sheets of stainless steel (0.2 to 3.0 mm thick) that have been rolled into cylinders (of 25 to 2,000 mm in diameter), then corrugated by forming machine. -
Bulge forming machine (up to 350A)
Thin sheets of stainless steel (0.15 to 1.5 mm thick) are rolled into cylinders (of 17 to 350 mm in diameter), then corrugated by bulge forming machine. -
Roll-type one-pitch spiral forming machine
Thin sheets of stainless steel (0.1 to 0.6 mm thick) are rolled into cylinders (of 3.5 to 65 mm in diameter), then corrugated by forming machine.
Braiding Machine

The Largest Braiding machine in Japan (up to 350A)
In order to increase pressure resistance of Flexible Hose from φ8 to φ350, from stainless steel wires (φ0.3 ~ φ0.6), braid machine is used to create braid covering outside of tube.

Fully Automatic TIG Welding Machine
Fully Automatic TIG Welding Machine is used for welding general-purpose flexible tube from 20A ~ 100A. -
Fully automatic precision welding machine
Fully automatic precision welding machine is used exclusively for welding flexible hose (semiconductor-related products made of thin sheets of 0.15 to 0.3 mm in thickness) for vacuum equipment and general vacuum lines.
Pressure Resistant / Airtight Testing machine

Immersion-type airtightness Testing Machine
NFK uses an immersion-type airtightness Testing Machine to performs air leak tests on all products to prevent fluid leakage accidents. -
Helium leak detector
Because of its high sensitivity, helium leak detector is used for testing products in vacuum equipments related to semiconductors or vacuum pipelines in general. Permitted leak quantity: 1.33 × 10-10 Pa·m3/s

Product durability is tested by vibrating the specimen1,000 times per minute with a total amplitude of 0.3 mm (axial direction) or 0.6 mm (direction perpendicular to axis).YouTube -
90 Degree Angle Bend Testing Machine
Based on ISO - 10380 standard, product durability is tested by repeatedly bending the specimen at 90 degree angle. -
U-Bend Testing Machine
Based on ISO-10380 Standard, product durability is tested by repeatedly moving up and down one side of the specimen in U-shape.
